This is for an '85 4Runner. I need something with good clearance, heavy-duty steel, something to protect the headlights, and room for a winch. ARB just doesn't seem beefy enough (I know, I know), and the AllPro one's are more for rockcrawlers and don't have protection for the lights. Even custom fabricators would be appreciated. Thanks. Also if anyone has experience with either the ARB or the AllPros let me know.

4Crawler says they're slow (side business), but they sure do look decent

I have an ARB and have pushed small trees down with it, it your read the history of why they started building them it was to protect against Kangaroo impact.
They are high priced though.

Tube bumpers are actually pretty strong if you design them right. I had a suzuki king quad with a custom made tube bumper made of DOM and I pushed down some good size trees, but I did end up thrashing it eventually. I say get a tube bumper and replace it when it goes bad. I know some people in woodinville that can build a bumper for a reasonable price.

Don't know of a US Distributor specifically for mini trucks, but Kaymar makes some NICE stuff. You might have to talk to a cruiser outfit and get them to get you one shipped over with one of their next orders. They make the nicest rear carrier/bumper I've ever seen... but it was on an FJ60... And I've only seen one.

Just My opinion, but buyer beware...
Looks ARE deceiving, unless they found new fabricators to make their bumpers.. the sh*t they sold some Xterra owners was amazing. ALL of them had to be rewelded, crappy paint stripped to get to the rust underneath and redrilled so they actually lined up with the frame. I could teach a 14 year old how to weld better in a half hour.
