TWO W-56 Transmissions. The clean one was in my 4runner and had a bad input bearing. When the local shop here took it apart and cleaned it, the found the shaft teeth to be poopy.

The dirty one runs great but has slight bearing noise in 3rd and 5th according to the previous owner.

Between the two, one good one could be made???? Who knows. Make an offer and pay for shipping from good ol' Utah!

$75 for both and i'll come down and pick them up..... :grin: I've got one W56 but in need of another for a dual tranny project I'm putting in my wife's 85 shortbed for moab next summer.

How much for the dirtyone and does it have a shifter? I'm only needing one tranny unless both need to go together.

No, i will sell seperate. How's about $55 for it? It does have a shifter but I need to get it from the previous owner.
