Any sugesstions for tires? i have 6" of lift on an '86 p/u. I was thinking either 35x 14.50 Boggers or 36x12.50 TSL SX

Boggers will not last on-road, so keep that in mind when buying tires.

it really depends on what you are using it for. If it is only used for 4 wheelin go with SS sx's, boggers or??? If it is a DD, then some AT's would be better. For the best of both worlds go with Goodyear Mtr's. Great off road and good wear and driveability on road.

I have 31" BFG All-terrains on my 4runner. It gets off road about 5 times a year so its perfect for me. You probably get out more than me so don't get BFG ATs because the off-road performance isnt the best.

Go with SX's and never think about it again.... boggers wont last on the road and are LOTS louder than the sx's... another good option would be a 36x12.5 tsl.... my .02

from my experence is that boggers dont were as fast as ppl claim my friend has boggers on all of his trucks, and are dd and off road toys. ppl say that the boggers are loud, well no thats wrong, pretty much the tighter grip mud tire the loader, some of my friends have Dayton mts and they are much louder. my friend with the boggers on his dd have lasted him 2 years so far driving it every day. the only thing i have noticed is that when u go lower speeds on the asfault the tread makes a bumpy ride but other than that they are the best mud boggin tires out there. and if any body says differently and they say tractor tires then not their wrong because today i got a skidder that has 6ft tall tires bottomed out :wow: and the thing was spinning all four tires ROFFL and the only way that i got it out was with the winch that it had on it but if it had boggers that size then it would of went through it with no prob  . that what i think and know good luck

SAS it then go up to 37"s. You will be much happier, but much more poor...it will be worth it.

I would actually suggest the Super Swamper Truxxs MTs or STSs. both are great tires that wear pretty well. Also, they are a lot cheaper then the MTRs no matter where you buy them. Go with the MTs if you run mud a lot, other wise the STSs will do everything you need, just not to good if you find mud.

That's just my .02

I would get the TSL SX's. They are not quite as agressive as Boggers, but will last longer on the road. Tonkatoy may have a point, everyone says that boggers wear out so fast, but I have not seen that many sets of bald boggers around. My friend got some pretty good life out of his, they did start to cup and wear funny.
