transfer case?

I am lokking for a seal coming from the transfer case on the front driveline but I don't have a clue which transfer case I have and autozone shows three posiblities. Please help.

1988 v-6 manual trans. it is the chain driven transfer case, I have got the part (i went through the dealer) but I still want to know the model number or name.
