Does anyone know of any company that makes performance parts for a 1990 toyot pickup 3.0L 4WD , like a supercharger or turbo system

depends on what kind of "performance" mods you are looking at. By performance i assume you mean engine mods, if so here are a couple places to check out:

http://www.doaracingengines.com/

http://www.downeyoff-road.com/

From what i understand Headers and exhaust will give you the best bang for your buck, but thats just hearsay (im too poor to do much but keep my junk on the road) so dont take my word for it...

You can go to:

http://toyotaperformance.com/3_0l.htm

They are kinda pricey, but you can build one heck of a 3.0. I was gonna do their stroker kit, but decided to save up for a Lexus 4.0 V8 swap because it'll be cheaper. Just for comparison, to do the stroker crank and the forged pistons, which are required, is like $2200. I can get a low milage V8 off of ebay for less than $1300.

Every machanic I have talked to had said that headers/exhust or super/turbo chargers are the only was to get power out of a 3.0l. all the oversized cams and stuff I guess are not very reliable and you can not find too many self respecting shops that will do mods like that. I have one I just did a engine swap on, I stayed with the 3.0L for simplisity reasons.

I have downey headers, running 2 1/2" pipe to a magnaflow cat and a magnaflow muffler. It made so much power, I would say it was well worth the $ as soon as I hit 2800 rpm it kicks in with a tremedous amount of power even in 5th gear. I run 35's with stock 4.30 gears.
