buyer/seller ratings

i was just looking at the yotatech forums and saw something that i thought we should have here. in their classifieds section there is a place where everyone posts ratings about the buyers and sellers they have delt with. i think this would be good because buying things or selling things over the internet can be a little bit unnerving. with this section people can go and see from other people that the person that they are purchasing an item from is reliable.

this is just a suggestion. what do you guys think?
