i have an 83 toyota, and i recnently busted the companion flange, (the piece that connects your rear DL to the flat plate on the toyota rear end) but i found a new one and was gonna put it on but the U bolt caps are too small in diameter and too long in length. my question is, that is it possible that the rear end could have been swapped out for a 2wd rear and i need to get one from a 2wd rear. i would have found this stuff out somewhere else but theres alot of incompitent people out there! :Freak:
