I'm installing a new timing chain and I'm throwing things back together now. I know that I'm supposed to prime the oil pump (I took it off and it's dry now) but I don't know how to go about doing it. I also took off the oil pickup tube down in the oil pan and the auto parts store didn't have a gasket for where it attatches to the block. Can I just use a wet-gasket like RTV as long as it's oil resistant? Thanks guys for all your help!
