Hey I have a friend that did that on his wife's 350 powered toyota. I personnelly was not that impressed it had okay power but it wasn't all that efficent in the mpg catagore. The pirate page has a write-up on it in the tech section.

my buddy has a propane 350. the motor was built to run porpane and it runs like a raped ape. plenty of power. like i said before it was made to run propane. it has the camel hump heads 11:1 compression and quite a few other goodies. he was able to wheel for 2 full days on one 10 gallon tank.

Look at this (http://www.gotpropane.com/p4.html#Toyota)
It's a lot easier and cheaper then going to an EFI setup.
I've been running mine for 8months without any issue. A 8 gallon fork lift tank should last you roughly 6 hours of continous wheeling.
Mine is a trailer queen so I don't give a rat azz about MPG on the streets.

They also have option where you could run dual fuel if desired.
