I just dont know where its at. My dad was lookin into doing this on my truck and he said that its almost a direct bolt in to the yota motor mounts. Im not totally sure on this, but Im sure you can google it and get lots of hits.

i heard that it was an easy swap because the distributor is on the front of the motor and that means no firewall trimming. i really want to do this swap. do you think the stock motor mounts will be strong enough?

What kind of 351 is it? A windsor, cleveland or a M...Just wondering. If its a winsor then it should bolt in like a 302 cause I believe they are the same size and I think the only thing you would have to do is put the radiator in the front of the support. I think, I could be totally wrong. I hope you find out more stuff on the swap and if you do can you post where you found the info at? Thanks

did you try advanced adapters? I am sure they got one. I don't know the number or the site but I would try there.

You will need custom motor mounts to bolt them to the stock Toyota location. You will also need a tranny to transfer case adapter from Advance Adapters. I believe the only one available is for a Ford C4 transmission and not a Ford C6. I think you may also have to get a custom output shaft on the transmission to even attempt to put the toyota transfer case on. You could run all ford stuff, I think that a Dana 20 transfer case is what usually bolts onto the C4, but i'm not sure. But then of course, you need a Ford front axle with the pumpkin on the opposite side of a Toyota. The truck that has a 351W at my house, the radiator is mounted in the rear of the truck, although I don't advise doing this at all. Search around on here for people who have done the radiator in front as I have not seen this done. Also i think you need at least a 2 inch body lift to do the swap.

i have a three inch body lift on the truck right now so that should be fine. the motor that im using is coming out of a two wheel diver truck so it doesnt have the transfer case thats why i was hoping to be able to use my transfer case. thanks for all the help..

Here's one place to look. I also tried to post a link to Downey offroad but, it didn't work.........Hans http://northwestoffroad.com/parts/engineadapters.html Note: One thing to remember about the 351W is that it's about 2" wider at the heads at taller at the carb mounting surface (about the same amount) than a 302
