still got a ways to go but you can kinda get the idea. 2x2x3/16 square tube. all the open faces will be diamond plate. i just didn't want to have a bumper like everyone elses.

Has an ARB-esque look to it. Looks sweet!

thanks, yah it does look a little like an ARB, my original plan was to go over the hood with the brushguard, and have it hinged s oi could get my hood open. i scratched that idea for now since i don't have enough time. now it's almost time to get that diamond plate in and finish it up. :Rockonman

Just my opinion, but I don't really like the diamond plate look. I much prefer the clean, smooth look.
But, make it how you want it. Nice work.

i was also thinking about using stainless steel, my buddy's uncle is the head of a big stainless producer so i can get a good price. but then again i don't know if i want to go that heavy. Any thoughts?

thanks, i tried to take my time with the layout of it and to get all the angles similar. starting to come together slowly. Hopefully it'll be done by the time i get down to tx, huh TOY.

Very nice, I like it a lot. Might look good with the diamond plate surrounding the turn signals and the middle open for when you get your winch. Just a thought. :Rockonman

93runner-actually that's exactly what i'm doing, it's just taking some time to get all that diamond plate cut out and fitting just right. i have one plate surrounding the turn signal done, but dont want to put it on till the other is done. every open face will eventually have diamond plate. also i'm going to try to shoehorn in a 9K lb winch in there somehow. i'm done with school in two more weeks, then i'll have tons of time to work on it.

That looks really good  ......don't rush yourself, take you're time and do it the way you want,.......a wise man once told me.....the difference between good and perfect is usually about 15 minuttes
