I’d like to change the color of my interior from brown to black or grey. Does anyone know of any paints or dyes that would work? I want something that is going to look decent for a while. I’ve seen to many scratched up, spray painted accent pieces in Hondas. I was thinking about some stuff I saw that is used for exterior plastics but I don’t remember what it is. Urethane?

don't know if this is what you are looking for, but i pulled my entire dash, carpet and panels and painted them with black bedliner. I love it! Mine used to be that nasty brown and tan color!

go to the junk yard and pull just the dash. i got mine for 40 bucks. bought some vinyle spray paint for the headliner. and used bedlinner on the floor and back wall. i considered painting everything but i have seen the inside of those hondas after a few months and they are all scratched up. and being a offroad truck all that dust is just going to stick to that paint. i dont think it will wipe up very good.

There's a vinyl / interior paint you should be able to find at any auto parts store. It's called Mar-Hyde. Here's some info........Hans http://www.smartshoppersinc.com/automotive-refinishes/mar-hyde.html
