Ok, I'm installing an arb air locker on the rear of my 89 4runner. I also have converted my old a/c compressor to an on board system. It is set up to put out about 100psi. Im going to connect a regulator from that to my locker, but I was wondering if anyone knows what air pressure the air locker uses. I have heard that it should be about 10-15psi. Is that correct? I tried to contact arb, but they wont tell me. They want me to buy one of their compressors. So, if anyone could help me out with any suggestions, or maybey a website with arb/psi info it would be a great help.
Thanks,
Jon

Here ya' go bud...
Quoting from the ARB Service Manual...
"...maintains the air pressure ...between 585 kPa and 690 kPa.."
Using the old TI-89.. I get 84.84707657 psi and 100.076039 psi, so between 85-100 psi is adequate.

Thanks man.......your the best!!!!
just wonderin' if you've addressed the oiling issues with the compressor. It's disheartening to hear that big squeal when you're needing it the most.

nope, i havent had any issues with oiling anything on the compressor. SHOULD I BE OILING IT SOMEWHERE? If so, please let me know. I haven't had any squelling sounds or anything. I really didnt know that you were supposed to oil it.
Thanks for any help you can give.
