w56 and g54 - whats the difference?

just as the title states. which is better and why?

G54 has a first gear of 3.93 and W56 has 3.95.


Other than that w56 are said to be stronger..
Sure bearings and gears are bigger/better.


Plus the g52/54 are forward shift.. w56 can be found in top shift, easier for dual case setups.
