PLEASE HELP THIS P.A.W.B.(POOR ASS WHITE BOY).I HAVE AN 88 4RUNNER (BONE STOCK) THE REAR SUSPENSION SEEMS TO BOTTOM OUT AFTER GOING OVER THE SMALLEST BUMP IN THE ROAD LOOKING FOR A CHEAP FIX FOR NOW. HAVE NOT HAD IT RUNNING LONG AND TRYING TO GET ALL OF THE OTHER BUGS WORKED OUT BEFORE JUMPING INTO A LIFT OR LOCKER. THANKS:Help:  :Rockonman
if ur gonna lift it then problem solved. if ur not gonna lift it the problem is ur leafsprings and shocks. u can do a couple of things that i can think of.
1. add-a-leaf to stiffen it up in the rear and maybe some new shocks.
2 new leafs and new shocks or maybe just new leafs.
3. or u can do what zuk did and add a coil in the center of the axle to support the rear body of the 4runner and make it ride smooth
4. whole new suspension or a sas kit from marlin or ap

if you are not going to lift i vote throw in an add a leaf. its the easiest to do and cheapest. it should ride pretty close to stock b/c of the wear on the other leafs.
