turn signals and dash lights not working

I have a 1990 4 cyl. 4x4. My turn signals and dash lights are not working. I have checked all fuses, replaced turn signal flasher, checked dimmer switch, checked all bulbs, and can't figure it out. I don't know if these two problems can be related some way? Is there a common relay or ground wire or something else I should try?

I think there might be a relay down by the fuesses by your right foot. My dad is haveing the same problem off and on. We cant figure it out either.

There is a relay right above the fuse panel by my left foot. Not sure what it goes to though.
