Header stud: length and torque

Can someone tell me what the torque for the cylinder stud nut should be? Also, how hard should I screw the stud in?

And how long is this stud?

what do you mean by "cylinder stud nut" is this for a 22r. u can go to the main room "trucks tacos. etc." and i am certain u can find the answer and u need to use a torque wrench to torque all nuts and bolts. have fun nick
