Hey guys,
its me again asking another question. Well, i guess thats what we are all here for, right, each other. Anyways, my truck starts to miss fire when it is drivin, but not all the time, only between 2-3,000 rpm's. i think. After that, when u are on the freeway or whatever, it is all good, just when u are cruising down the street at a low rpm. What causes that? My friend, that i bought the truck off of, just fixed the timing, and that didnt do anything. What else can it be? Do i need to buy something to fix it?? okay, well i hope one of u geniuses can help me out on this one.

thanks a lot,
allpro

Time for a tune up; spark plugs/wires, distributor cap, air filter etc.

What's your definition of "friend fixed the timing"? Get a timing light and see what it looks like for yourself.
