motor mount question on supra swap

i'm sticking a 5mge in my truck.

does anyone know how i am supposed to put the motor mounts together?

i read about the supra swap questions in a search, and it kind of explained it, but i'm still not sure what i need to do to get the engine in on the mounts.

i just got the motor wednesday and haven't had an opportunity to test fit it yet. i'm going to yank the 22re out on saturday.

i've got to replace the timing belt, water pump, bellhousing, and oil pan before i can stick this thing in.
