4 cyl locker in 6 cyl third member

I have a lockright for a 4 cyl rearend I want to put it in 6 cyl third member. are they interchangable. thanx for info

No, the V6 version of the Lockrite uses the original side gears and the V6 carrier is of two piece construction. Sorry..........Hans

Is that true with Aussie Lockers also??? Im pretty sure they didnt even ask me if it was a 4 or 6
