pm box full?

I'm just curious why my PM box says it's empty but nobody can PM me because it says it's full. How do I empty it? I've deleted all previous messages several times. I'm stumped:(

I couldn't figure that one out either for awhile. You have to go in a delet all you sent messages. It saves everything you send for some reason.
