Whats up guys,
LC says that after a lot of highway driving, the motor starts to start running lean. Here, they say how to adjust it (http://www.lcengineering.com/TechNotes/TechNote19.htm ) Has anyone done this to their motor? How does it run after? thanks,

I did it and forgot to tighten a screw. It ran way to rich and ruined my gas rings and made it smoke black. I was pissed. I had to put RESTORE in it to fix it. I dont recomend it(or at least dont be an idiot like me and do it right).

After I messed up I had a mechanic hook it up to a computer to adjust the airflow meter. Then it ran sweet. Thats what I would recommend.

I used a mechanic that knew about the airflow meters. Dont use a dealership

I adjusted mine and it caused my engine to surge up and down as it was warming up.:( Set the AFM back to stock and bought LC's air/fuel ratio tuning module to control the mixture from the inside of my cab.:D Wish I would've known that it was cheaper and easier to make my own tuning module.:( For more info, check out the following link.
