Okay guys, looking for the best bolt on and go system I can afford this is what I've come up with, let me know if this should take care of everything.

Rear suspension kit ON SALE $559($599, I waited to long)
Rear 56" long travel springs
5100 Bilstein shocks (I will be opting out for the 5150s)
1.5" longer greasable shackles
Extended rear brake line
Rear Perch kit or flip kit
Heavy Duty spring hangers

Front Long Travel Springs(4" lift) ON SALE $199
All Pro Front Shock Hoops $89
Bilstein 5150s 2 shocks $178

All Pro Hy-Steer $449 = $19 IFS Box mounting brackets
- I already have a box off of my 86' parts Runner

That in my mind takes care of most everything I need for the suspension and steering to be upgraded. Please please let me know what you guys think of this set-up, I really need the input b/c I've never delt with a system like this and it's a bit intimidating. ALL suggestions welcome.

I really would like to order this stuff before the end of the week, I have alot of free time coming up and I would begin preping the bolts and other suspension parts so I can be ready.

the all-pro springs are a good choice, but you will need to weld.not a complete bolt on system...

Yeah I do understand that, I have a freind that is gona tackle the welding for me. I mean bolt on as not having to swap leave and add blocks and shims to get it sitting level.

I will prolly be going with Marlin's slip shaft kit for the front DS, I know that needs to be welded into the exsisting shaft, so can anyone that can weld do this or is it better done by a DS shop.

If your going to have to weld in the rear anyhow, have you thought about the Chevy's for the rear? You can get this complete hanger kit from Sky's for $85. http://www.sky-manufacturing.com/images/suzuki/rearchevy%20spring%20swapkit.jpg

Forget AP's IFS box mounting kit and get Fabricators reinforcing plates and your own G8 nuts and bolts.

Not bashing fabricator at all. But he only had a couple of the plate sets left, if they aren't gone already. FROR has this for $59. http://www.frontrangeoffroadfab.com/images/crossover_plate-003.jpg

Don't waste your money on the shock hoops. Buy some F250 shock mounts for $15 each instead. Also, I made my own shackles out of 3/8"x2" steel bar and some 3/4" bolts. $100 for shackles seems like too much to me. But, it you've got the dough and don't want to bother making them, what the heck. I would also agree that Allpro's steering box kit is gay. Buy a good one or plate the frame.

Post some pics when you get 'er assembled.

Well do on the pics thing. That's if I ever get this thing done. I have soooooooo much to do, money is running tighter than expected. Who knows, anyone know of a palce that sells Chevy springs, I don't want a set from here in the East, they are all rusty and road salt covered. Stupid eastern ice storms.

I really wish I knew some of you guys personally I need a buddy that can weld and fab me up things like shackels that would be great. Anyone wanna make me a set?:kidding:
