intake mods

I have a stock 22RE on my 90 truck. Had it since 97 but never done much but change the oil. I want to put on some kind of forced air intake, but don't really know where to start. Any body know where I can get some info?

check downey products they have a lot of stuff,maybe even TRD toyota racing development...but remember that a forced intake will cost a lot, if you are new at this then first go with a k&n air filter and headers...
