Is there another seal inside the locker besides the 2 o-rings? My locker is leaking air and it's not coming from the seal housing but the main body:mad: Can the leak be fixed w/o disturbing the gear setup? The locker is barely over a year old, haven't really seen any hard use and I have had to replace the seal housing already due to a crack in the copper tube. At this point I'm sort of missing the Detroit I used to run.

When you say it is coming from the main body, I assume you are talking about the entire locker itself?
I assume it is possible that the piston could leak, never heard of it, in fact I have only had 2-3 o-ring issues with customers (non-Toyota applications) and we have sold hundreds of ARB's in the past ten years...
Your best bet would be to call Tim Lund @ ARB. You can reach him at 1-206-264-1669. Tim is the tech guy for ARB and he knows his stuff! Tell him Kurt @ Cruiser Outfitters sent you.
Let us know what you find out....

My buddy blew a couple of seals (sounds like your situation) in his ARB also. Get yourself an in line regulator and drop the pressure to the minimum required (I think it's about 60psi?) and it'll be alot happier. A moisture trap would be a good idea too.;)

Thanks for the info Kurt.:) I'll probably end up just driving to ARB and have 'em check it out for me.
