What do you have do? Move the front spring hanger forward and what else? How much lift do you end up with? Are they the same width? What year can be used? How well do they work? Advantages/disadvantages?

search, there is alot of stuff in here about them. i have em on mine but most of it doesn't apply b/c i have a 91. they are the same length as mine, they are the same width and dont provide any lift for me. i am switching to 52" chevy rears.

I would step up to the 52'' chevy spring's ... I got em and the offer about 4'' or so of lift with good ride and a great amount of flex... Just my 2 cent's ... Also the pirate board has a very good write up on both the mazda and chevy spring swap..

for me to run 63" chevy springs i would have to either extend my frame to the rear or shorten my wheelbase a foot+. i dont want either and 103" of spring is enough for now.

the biggest reason i am switching to chevy rears at all is b/c my spring perch is way too wide for toy springs.

You wont have to shorten your wheel base or extend your frame for the 88-98 chevy 63's you just move the front mount forward and the rear stays the same because the toyota springs have and offset center pin and the chevs are different . This being said the shackles at the back are long and they stick out pretty far out back so what i did with my toy is got the 73- 87 chevy full size springs that are 52 inch long there are two different lengs a 52 and a 58 i believe . Any ways the 52s mount up to your rear mount and you moove your front forward a few inches and your wheel base is the same offers better flex and like 3 inches of lift

i am not intending to stay at stock wheelbase. with the chevy i will be about 112" wb with a 52" spring and the axle in the center. and the shackle hanging out about 2" past everything else.
