3.0 timing ?

can you all tell me how to set the timing on my 89 runner 3.0 auto?
any info or site would be great thanks'

just buy a manual and it will tell you exactly where to jump the terminals. Get a timing light and aim it at the bottom pulley. It should be at about 12*. Use the distibutor cap to advance or retard your timing.
