Hey guys, first off i'm new on here and this is my 1st thread. I have a 94 4x4 V6 5spd 4runner with some mods. Had the truck about 3 months. it has a 3" Body lift, and a lot of cheap tricks, and a custom rear bumper, CB etc... I'm getting ready to order some wheels. I chose to go with the black rock crawler ones for $40 each. I want the 15x8's. Question I'm having is what Back spacing to go with. stock wheels say 8 spacing...no idea what that means. I am fitting the wheels with 35x12.5x15 mud tires either goodyears or BF G's. What is the proper back spacing I should go with for 35's? stock back spacing on the 2nd gen 4runners?? I also am lifting the rear about 2-3" and the front 2". Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!! By the way.. I'm from Tampa, FL. Anyone from that area?? I need to post my custom rear bumper in the tech articles... you guys will love it!

if the 4 runner has the same backspacing as the truck then 4.5 inches should be it, i'm runnin 15x8 wheels with 31x10.50 tires with a 4.5 inch backspacing, u might need less since you are going with a wider tire though

So stock back spacing is 4.5". I guess I'll go with 4" of BS b/c i'm going with a 12.5" tire and 15x8 wheel.
