The Wild Yoats Toyota 4x4 Association Bulletin Board is a forum for everyone that owns or is interested in the "Toyota 4x4 and/or Off Road enthusiast".

To keep this board a place where all participants feel safe and comfortable, as it is in all communities —— both real and virtual —— a code of conduct is necessary. Therefore, to ensure a pleasant atmosphere, all users of the Wild Yoats Toyota 4x4 Association Bulletin Board are asked to abide by the following guidelines.

1.) When posting to the Wild Yoats Bulletin Board, you agree to use a real username or handle, provide accurate information (i.e., true name or handle and current valid e-mail address). You acknowledge that you will not impersonate any message board participants. If any information provided is discovered to be false, the Wild Yoats Administrator has the right to terminate your profile and refuse any current and future access to the message board.

2.) Your words are your own. Lively participation is vital to the board's success, but please remember that we are communicating without the benefit of body language and voice inflection. Words can sometimes be misinterpreted. The use of "smilies" can help you to give the jest of your message.
Please feel free to use these to help set the tone of the message.
It is imperative that participants converse in a courteous, respectful manner. Differing opinions and viewpoints are normal and foster lively debate, but please keep your comments relevant to the subject being discussed and not about the person who offers a differing opinion than your own. Personal attacks are disruptive to the board and will not be tolerated. Harassing, offensive, vulgar, abusive, hateful or bashing comments, pictures, or links —— especially those aimed at sexual orientation, gender, race, color, religious views, national origin or disability —— are not allowed and will be deleted.

You acknowledge that you will not harass or threaten any message board participants. Other than that; passionate, opinionated debates and even arguments are what makes this forum worthwhile. If it's on your mind, then let it fly, just be cool about it, and don't say anything that you wouldn't say face to face. We are all friends here, and we should treat each other as such. Please keep all content to a “PG-13" level so that all individuals can enjoy Wild Yoats.

3.) Any opinions and recommendations expressed in the message board are those of the person expressing such views. The Wild Yoats Toyota 4x4 Association is not responsible for and does not assume any liability for the comments and opinions expressed by its members.

4.) The Wild Yoats Toyota 4x4 Association Bulletin Board does not allow any unlawful, harmful, threatening, sexually explicit, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, racial and/or ethnic slurs; hateful content; or otherwise objectionable material. Please avoid profanity, as there are many other creative forms of expressing yourself! This includes the usage of sexual suggestive avatars or name pictures. (In another words, no girly or manly pictures/avatars, keep it 4x4 related).

5.) The Wild Yoats Toyota 4x4 Assocaition site is a free site to it's users, and is supported by sponsors of this site. Spamming of our boards is not permitted and would not be fair to those who financially support this site.

6.) Solicitation. The use of Wild Yoats Toyota 4x4 Association Bulletin Board to advertise your site, non-4x4 items 'For Sale', commercial sales & services or website. You may only attach a short link to your site within your profile or signature. Our sponsors support our bulletin board. If you are interested in advertising on our website or bulletin board, please contact me.

If for some reason you feel that you can not abide by these guidelines, we would ask that you find a message board that is more to your liking. We know what makes a board successful, and we know what will kill a board, that is why we have come up with these guidelines. We do not wish to control you, but we do want to keep peace in the house. We hope you can respect this.

Thank you!

Johnny Lange - President/Founder Wild Yoats Toyota 4x4 Association
