is or has any one tried to use a bigger throttle body off of some thing like a mr2 or something like that ?

i have one on my pickup, 6mm overbore....great!!!

I believe DOA, Downey, and LC Engineering sell bored TB's for 22RE's. I haven't run one yet though.

I think certain year Supras will work too. Sent my 22RE's t-body and intake up to Metal Action and it was a lot cheaper than the places mentioned above.:)

ALLPRO, Where did you get yours or did you pull it off a other car/truck or did you have it bored out because it sounds like it was bored out but I just would like to make sure and if you had it done how much was it ???

I KNOW ABOUT ALL THE OTHER PLACES THAT MAKE THEM BUT I WANT ONE OUT OF A JUNK YARD .{CHEEPER}SO WHAT WORKS AND WATS BIGGER.?

what about a 22-rte throttle body? anybody know the specs on tehm and if they're interchangable
