Good gawd, I'd be nervous taking that much lift on the trails. Not trying to knock ya, I'm just used to about 4-5". Like I tell all my buddies that aren't into 'wheeling, when I head up to the trails with a new suspension, I throw my 18 volt cordless sawzall in the back and make it so the tires don't rub. Hacking fenders is the best way to clear tires because you keep your COG (center of Gravity) low, plain and simple.

Lets see some pictures?
How far off the ground are the bottom of your doors....
Mine are 34" with 4" AP front springs and a 3" body lift
(or 35" to the top of the door jamb for those with no doors at all)

Okay... 4" Allpro springs with an SAS, and a 1/2" lift shackle in front, matching height late-model rear springs with a 4" block (eww).
1. Move the front axle forward 2 inches. Allpro springs give you 1.5 inches forward... you can drop your axle and drill a hole in the spring perch about an inch and a half behind the original hole and accomplish the exact same thing... but you will need crossover steering if you don't already have it - the stock steering won't take that much of a difference in length, and would break with any kind of flex in the front end eventually even if you did go through the trouble of extending the drag link.
2. Bumpstops properly set to keep your springs from being damaged. Sure, you lose a little flex, but your springs last a LOT longer. Mine stop the front springs about an inch after they go flat, so they're slightly negative arched - but not bent into a frown.
3. Cut, cut, and cut some more. about 5-6" of lift and 38.5s:

FRONT: This wasn't enough - I had to cut a bit more later on.

Chopped outer fender:

REAR: Initial hack...

Cleaned up with the grinder: Never bothered to patch in the holes, but it wouldn't be too hard if I wanted to:

Rear chevs, single shackle(7 inch(?) center2center) with no block. brand new 38.5's rubbed on the bulge for the afm and battery area, Just barely.
