I was also wondering if you really need a trac bar because I'm just finishing up my SAS and didnt know if I should put one on or not. The concern I had was wondering if the springs and spring mounts will hold everything in straight if you come down on a pretty steep side hill and I know that all depends on the mounting and welding that holds it togather. So if all of that is stong enough then what your saying is it will be ok without a trac bar.

I took mine off . The truck leans a little in the turns . If you run a good set of shocks and a steering shock you such be fine .
