Mepco is hosting a RCAA event....the Urban Safari August 14th. This will be similiar to what the hot rod guys do with their cruise nights. This is going to be held at Fat Cats on 900 E and about 3200 S. Everyone is going to start showing up around 6 PM. The RCAA semi will be there along with other groups. There is going to be music and possibly a drawing....details are still being finalized!

This is not a Jeep show. This is just for people to get together and talk about four wheeling and have a good time. There are no fee's or anything of the like. Everyone is invited to show up and have a good time.

the real address for Fat Cats is 3739 S. 900 E.. This sounds like a fun time. We may try to show up even for just a little bit. Thanks!

Hey this was a fun gig! Great Toyotas and Jeeps there! Great to see some of the club out there too!

They had a 30 degree ramp set up. I gave it a whirl but only after my stupid truck DIED on the way up to it (long dumb storie associated with it). So after pushing it away and figuring it out, I tried again and scored fair.

Check out some of the pics. Next "URBAN SAFARI" is Scheduled for August 28 at Artic Circle, 12800 South and 1300 West. Hope to see you chat with you there.

The URBAN SAFARI's are put on by Mepco but all are invited as you read earlier. WY Member, Rockcrawlin Rob is one of the organizers.

We REALLY need to have some sort of E-mail reminders about this stuff....

I always click "check new posts" and it seems not to show the good stuff...

Email reminders???.... It's been up here for some time now in several sections. And, it's not a WY function. But never the less, there will be many more! Mepco would like to do this once a week in the future. If that happens great, if not at least once a month. Next one is August 28 as mentioned above.

Great to see everyone out there, the Wild Yoats made a strong showing... I dare say there were as many Yotas as Jeeps there.

Like I said, I click "view new posts" and for what ever reason, I rarely get all the "new posts". It could be my fault, but, I don't have time to check EVERY different forum looking for the "new posts"...
