whats happening sounds normal. Ive never ordered from them just for that reason.

I have never ordered for the same reason. I have heard many stories that AOR is lacking in the customer service department.

The only way I have heard of people getting through is by calling EVERY day for at least a month. Or you may have to speak with your credit card company. :( Good luck.

to get ahold of them, call at least three time a day, for a month and a half strait, to no avail. then get the credit card company involved. and poof your parts might show up. at least that is what i did. i ordered some bushings and some front shackles, to be shiped 2 day air. i needed these parts for an up comeing run. well it took 7 weeks for these parts to arive. the only time i got ahold of somone on the phone was when i left a message and said i was interested in ordering some parts. they called back first thing the next morning. so you may want to try that. or just call the credit card company and get your money back. good luck, kp

that is an interesting story from greengo. i always assumed the best- maybe they are just busy? but if they can be so quick to get more money? i havent bought anything from them and wont but it is too abd that in are small (growing!) world they arent more considerate and up front w/ people.

i think everyone would be willing to put up w/ alot of crap if they were honest about the crap.
