A.O.R does anyone know

Does anyone know what the hell is going on with A.O.R. I've called them so I can get my stuff and that phone# is no longer in service. I bought something from them almost 2 months ago and I have not seen a thing.

I just got my fenders from them about a month ago but it took me 2 months to get them. I called and called and called just about every day for a month left messages, and no response. I finally started to look for other ways to contact them. Thought of fax but decided email was a good way. I sent them an email, and they called me back the very next day. Told them to stop ignoring me and to please respond. THey did.

You wanna get their attention right away and have them call you, put a stop payment on yor Credit Card. Trust me they'll call you back

I ordered and paid for springs almost 7 months ago and they won't call me back. You would think when you spend over $3000 with a company they would give you call back but, they don't. About 2 months ago Randy told me that all he was waiting for was my shackles and he would send them out the next week, so I took the week off from work 2 weeks after that so I could work on my rig. He never sent me anything, I tried calling, emailing, faxing, calling their local police dept. to find out if they are still around, and they still ignore me. Don't know what else to do.

Well I was planning on putting A O R springs on my truck when I could afford to but now after all the crappy customer service issues I've been hearing about while researching, I think I will go some where else. I really would be ticked off if I were you guys. It just doesn't seem worth the trouble. Now I'm considering the All Pro set up. Its really just to bad :(

I just tried their phone and got their ans. machine. It's 9:00 P.M. sat. I just talked to Randy on Fri. so they are not out of buss. BLAZE

i you want to get aor springs you can just call or email alcan spring directly, you will probobly get a better price too, if you search for them on the internet u can get their site.
