First off I just want to say this is a great site. I've been lurking for a few weeks just watching and looking and it's my favorite site out there for toyota's.
My question is which crossmember do you folks think is the better of the two? and why? They both look really good and I was gonna go with AP but I saw the Bud built today so hence my question. Thanks for any help you can give.

First off the Budbuilt is cheaper. Not saying cheaper is always better, in this case it is. I was in the same boat. I was gonna buy a AP, but the BB came around. With the BB you can have any size drivetrain lift added. a lot of other people are very satisfied with theirs. AP does make very good products. I go the Budbuilt my .02

AP has some good products, but I'd recommend the BudBuilt on this one... :)

Go with Budbuilt, great product bolts on with no problems at all (about 10 mins, after you get your old one off) AP has good stuff but, I have a couple of buddies who had to modify thiers to make it "bolt on"

My truck had the AP when I got it so it's what I'm running. If I get a couple of extra bucks I'll get a BB. The All Pro is decent but seems extremely bulky, Bud's is simple yet stout. Also, the guy I got the truck from said it didn't "bolt in" He had to modify it due to having a W-56 in it (it's an '83) even though he told AP about it when he ordered it. Go BB, cheaper, easier, cleaner.

Budbuilt, cheaper and better clearance drivetrainlift. Plus Bud is bad ass. While he was waiting for metal to come in so he could ake them he kept in touch with me through email so I wasn't just wondering what was going on.

I'll sell you my one year old AP one CHEAP (say $50 cheaper than a BB) so I can get a BB :D I love the AP, but would like a little lift now.

Good choice! I have a B.B and I Fawking love it. I have drag, smashed and dropped my truck on the damn thing and it doesn't move. Plus you get a lot more clearance with the B.B.
