I have mine aiming out at a 90 angle, so I can see whats next to me :cool:

on my old rig I had some under the cab just in front of the seat bolts. I soon learned that lights and hill climbs at decent throttle don't mix well. I don't know if I really want rock lights again. All they did was helped the guy behind me. He saw the rocks under my rig, then picked the line he wanted. I drove with no spotter so it didn't help me to see what was just in front of my wheel. I have some swivel lights like cops have. I am thinking of using them. Then I can manually aim them where I want.

I also put the lights under my cab...bad idea now they have no lenses
