Here's a simple one if your on the trail and you have broke a bead. Use a ratchet strap along and around the center of your tire to push the beads next to the rims while inflating. This is if you dont want to burn your browes off on the trail using the "other" way. :D

you mean like this? If you look close (in this crappy pic), you can see the flaming swamper. :D I agree, the ratchet strap thing is the safer method. Good tip Johnny.

along with the ratchet strap, applying some canned foaming window cleaner helps to slick up the bead- making it easier to re-seat.

Well I guess I am going to try the rachet strap method for the first time tonight. After I get all the mud out of the tire.

One of the Kentucky boys we were with took the pic from below. They were shining their lights up on the side of the ridge that I was lowering my truck down by the winch. Lost an inner bead due to my old leaky beadlocks.

Interesting, yes... This was on a "new" trail in Moab (oops, did I say that out loud...:D ), and only my rig and a Jeep buggy have been able to do it so far. However, ya need to lower your rig off a cliff like thing backwards by your winch to exit the trail. It doesn't get scary until you have to re-seat a bead right above a drop off with your rig tied to a tree. :D
