My son crashed the driver side front end of his 93 p/u. The bumper was pushed back and after taking the valance and bumper off, I find that the welded bracket attached to the frame is bent back.
I tried prying/bending it back with a bender bar and got it to move about 1/8 of an inch. I still need about another 1/4 inch.
Would it be possible to heat this bracket and try to knock it back into shape, or cut it off..and weld a new bracket on?
Your help/advice is greatly appreciated.
