With all the machine work and materials you could do both headgaskets for less than a grand and that includes all the gaskets, a timing belt, a waterpump, thermostat, knocksensor wire, radiator cap, new headbolts, plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. The 3.0 was bad about blowing gaskets which is why they had a recall on them. You could probably do the headgaskets for cheaper than paying someone to install a new motor which is what some companies require for your warranty to be valid.

Does it have a 4.3 liter? That is a pretty common swap it would definitely give you some more power.

the motor mounts i used came from northwestoffroad the strength of the d44 is the same as a built yota axle but the extra width is nice
