I have a 1989 v6 toyota. It was a 2wd. I welded a straight axel under the front. I ripped the auto 2wd tranny out and currently have a manual 5 speed bolted into it from a 1988. I have the pedals and all that installed...as far as the neutral safety switch and other wiring goes I am stumped... anyone Know what wires to connect to bypass the switch.
Thankz,
Buzzy

I'm pretty sure that if you fool the computer into thinking it is in neutral by manipulating the shift linkage into the neutral position there is no need to bypass the neutral safety switch.

On a manual the neutral safety switch is on the clutch pedal assy, you can either connect the wires there if you want the safety feature or just connect them together to bypass altogether.
