New here but have done alot of reading. Iam just wondering if 56in S-10 rear leafsprings are wourth useing sinse I have them laying around. What is the good and bad with this spring? :ar15firin

Stimpy has then on his truck, nicer ride but the 63" flex much better almost 2x as good, if you going to swap do the longer ones with a 2-3 inch shackle in the back

Actually, one of your former club members uses similar sized springs (Ford Ranger) on his 4Runner. He had to go with the shorter springs (compared to the 63" Chevys) cause he had shortened the frame and there wasn't room.

BTW, he's no longer in your club because he transferred to HI. He traded his truggy for the runner before he left.

I know about yhe 63's, But Iam on real tight budget.The s-10 is here and truck is partly parted already. I will be useing my rears up front so hopefuly it all will work OK!! Trail & error
