just bought a 99 runner from an old couple and it is in mint shape. a few questions. i cant clear the dast light for the window washer fluid level - the tank is full!!!!!!!!!!!???? also i was cheching the fuse box ( inside the cab) and the top left space says POWER and it is a 30 amp fuse with no fuse in it. what option is this???? - sun roof???? it is the only option this truck does not have. what headers/ exhaust / modifications are you all running???? thanks
