Quick question about injectors..

What is the deciding factor to when they fire?

Reason I ask is cause I have a no start situation on my freshly rebuilt motor and I have good timming, spark, and compression. I can smell fuel shooting out from the cylinders with no plug and out the tail pipe. Plus I tried getting it to at least sputter with some carb clean blasted into the intake while cranking. I'm thinking maybe the injectors are firing at the wrong time maybe...

The system on your truck is batch fired which means all four injectors fire at the same time.

You have another problem, please elaborate on the symptoms and what you have done to troubleshoot.

if your spark timing is 180* out it will look right by timing light. also triple check all elect connectors for injection, ignition, mass air, etc. as well as intake ducting and fittings for leaks.

check your fuses. I had a similar problem like this and it ended up being a fuse. Just a thought
