my front drive shaft pops out when i flex 84 pu 6" lift and shackles what should i do?

get a longer driveshaft or a spacer that goes inbetween the diff and shaft

Just a longer driveshaft isn't going to do it. You need a long travel slip yoke like Marlin's: http://www.marlincrawler.com/htm/axles.htm#driveshaft -------------Hans
