are you talking about 4 lower links? or 4 links total?

cant see well in your pics. how are the springs mounted to the axle? through the spring eye? looks like maybe eye is cut off the spring, drilled and clamped through flat main leaf.
you have a 4 link now (w/ 2 links being spring) but might need to raise top bars or lower the 1/4 leaves.
what caused the break - axle wrap? bars to small? bars/rod ends bind during flex?

i have 4 bars total and then the leafs and i am thinkin of just keepin the 2 bars that go on top of the axel but i am also thinkin if i keep all 4 bars to make 4 different mounting places one for each i need help on this lol it broke with the help of a jump and maybe axel hope and a weak weld??? i am goin to sleeve the end of the springs just in case of seperation what do u guys think?

o and the springs are U bolted to the frame and the eyes of the springs are bolted to a shackle sorry for the misunderstanding dont mind my brain fart in the earlier posting

you would need all 4 link to locate the axle. If you up the upper links only the axle will fold out from under you. You cold sleeve the links and also maybe brace the link brackets some more. I can't reallly see your mounts for them. Where did it break? Where the tube adapter for the heim welds to the link?

when you cycle your suspension do the links bind? that could also be a reason you tear something up

well it broke right at the frame wehre i mounted bars then i ran over a bar and broke it so yeah i think i might just make the supports stronger and try that out what do u guys think????

do you have any pics of how you mounted the links to the frame? that would help to see if you need more strength

could not make out shackles in first set of pics. yah you still need 4 links. you'll have to make sure the parts are heavy enough for your driving style. by the way those primary leaves look bent up. i'd check them for cracks at least.
i am goin to sleeve the end of the springs just in case of seperation what do u guys think?
not sure exactly what you mean by this???
