View Full Version : Detroit locker disassembly
I trashed my 4.88 third this past weekend (5 teeth off the pinion) and I want to take my locker apart and clean the metal out, if there is some. If someone has done this before any pics, links, or torque specs would be helpfull. I've been to Zuk's site but no real detail on the takedown putback process so I need some help.
Did I mention that 4.11s and 36" tires suck on the highway?
I also forgot that I hate welded diffs onroad, maybe I'm spoiled with the Detroit.
