Bought my truck about a year ago, and it came with everything you need to switch form manual to auto tranny (Flexplate,tourqu converter, shifter, computer, everything). I don't know anything about it, just that it fits on my 22R. I would like to get rid of the whole thing at once for $500, but if I have to, I will part out. I am in SLC, UT.
