problem: truck runs fine until you shut it off for a short time. when restarted, it likes to hesitate and studder under acceleration. the sound it makes is like its not getting fuel or spark....like the tumble of a built 350 at idle. in the middle of the throttle is the spot where it loves to start these symptoms. but if you stab the gas, it hooks up and goes.
i've read on here that it could be a few things. ive read throttle positioning sensor, distributor, fuel problem, and even loose electrical connections.
can anyone narrow this down a little more for me please. maybe if you've had the same problems, or still have them and can help me eliminate some potential money wasting purchases.
this is the last major problem my truck has. im so stoked to be this close to having a 100% operational rig. thanks!
