engine vibration

I have a tacoma 4x4 2.7l 4cyl. It has a vibration that is really noticable at idle. Also a vibration between 60-70 mph then it smooths out. I drive mostly 70-75mph interstate speeds.Question, could a warped or cracked flywheel cause this problem or are they seperate issues? It has been this way for awhile and runs great otherwise.

i would check your transmission mount and 2 motor mounts.

The truck is a 96 with 186k. I will check those items. When I bought the truck a couple of years ago I checked vacuum lines plugs and plug wires. How much play should the drive shaft have when it is in gear? I can rotate it aprox 1-2inches. it seemed like more than I would expect while in gear. This is my 4th toyota 4x4 and am familiar with the 90-95models 22re. this is the first one that I had any engine or drive train problems.
